Our Search Process
The recruitment
process is one of the major reasons for
our
uniqueness..we are very thorough. You deserve candidates
to interview that are certainly qualified for the position, but also have
a high probability that they will mesh with your culture. We call this being
'capable' and
'suitable' for
the position.
We partner with the Human Resources Department to ensure proper coordination
and with the hiring authority to make sure we 'understand the nuances' of
the position.
The
major elements of our process are:
- We gain understanding your priorities, timetable,
your company, and the key individuals in the decision process.
- We thoroughly review the published job description
- We develop a Performance Profile - articulating in
one-page the 'must haves' and 'like to haves' for the position
- We review the draft Performance Profile with the hiring
authority and the HR department to refine requirements as necessary to
finalize the 'must haves' and 'like to haves.'
Our pledge to you will be:
".there will be no submissions that do not meet 100% of
the 'must haves' as agreed to by you." (unless we so state to you)
- We agree upon the timelines of the hiring process.
- We establish interview dates/times at the beginning of the recruitment
process.
- We provide an EXECUTIVE SUMMARY of
relevant information that is not on the resume.
- References will be conducted prior to the first face-to-face
interview if you so desire.
- A Personality Profile will be completed on
the finalists if you so desire.
Communication is key for us to add-value in a timely manner.
You should expect and deserve timely responses from us to all emails and
voice mails.
