The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is one of the major reasons we are unique.  We are extremely thorough.  You deserve candidates that are qualified for the position and have a high probability of meshing well with your company atmosphere.  We call this being capable and suitable for the position.

We partner with the Human Resources Department and the hiring authority to ensure proper coordination and make sure we understand the nuances of the position.

The major elements of our process include:
  • understanding your priorities, timetable, your company, and the key individuals in the decision process.
  • thoroughly reviewing the published job description
  • developing a Performance Profile - articulating the 'must haves' and 'like to haves' for the position
  • reviewing the draft Performance Profile with the hiring authority and the HR department to refine requirements as necessary to finalize the 'must haves' and 'like to haves.'
  • agreeing upon the timelines of the hiring process.
  • establishing interview dates/times at the beginning of the recruitment process.
  • providing an Executive Summary of relevant information that is not on the resume.
  • References will be conducted prior to the first face-to-face interview if you so desire.
  • A Personality Profile will be completed on the finalists if you so desire.

Communication
